Yeah it should be obvious .... but merely the fact that they had to pass a law to enforce the already-existing laws shows just how out-of-control this whole political-correctness thing has become.

Yes. The anti-american activists know that the public is overwhelmingly in favor of strong border enforcement. That is why this bill *must* be immediately and strongly demonized. Once the public sees that this measure does some good, there will be no stopping the push to enforce the border.
If either party would come out in favor of strong border enforcement, they could own the country. It is only the fear of being demonized in the MSM, as is currently happening to governor Brewer, that is preventing this.
