I do recall several times in the past them claiming incidents like this not being terrorist-related when they later turned out to be. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.
But then, we tend to look as crazy as the DUmmies who want every “act” to be a conservative white guy. We seem to suspect every incident is a Moslem of some sort.
Remember the black guy who shot up the NY commuter train of 15-20 years ago? That wasn’t “terrorism” so much as just a jackass murderous thug.
While I am very wary of Moslems, and of life-threatening events, I really don’t want to water down the meaning of “terrorism”, either. Seems to me it’s been used too much since 9/11 for every person who killed more than 1 person at a time. Even in ‘95, no one called McVeigh a “terrorist” - just a sick, disgusting mass-murderer.
