It’s my understanding that public schools have to display the American flag with respect. If our flag was indeed upside down, and the Mexican flag flew above it, that principal and his staff would be in jeopardy as far as their employment is concerned.

It doesn't look like that flag pole display was what was at the school
The radio station guy should be ashamed for using the American flag in that way
