The thinning was 10%. This 10% thinning was called a ‘hole’ by the MSM.
Ozone is created where the sun shines. The thinning was always measured over the Antarctic during our summer, and when the sun did NOT shine over the 'effected' area.

The thinning was always measured over the Antarctic during our summer, and when the sun did NOT shine over the 'effected' area. I never heard a good explanation of how the "scientists" thought CFC's migrated from where they are used the most (northern hemisphere).....
.....and ended up at the south pole (exclusively).
