Did they break their own laws technically? Sure. So what? Who is going to charge them?
None of this is evidence that somehow they were participating in a conspiracy to cover up Obama's birth certificate.
Obama and the US Congress have done, and are doing still a lot more vitally unconstitutional things than violating the "natural born" clause. Look at just the Health Care legislation!
The courts will never challenge his validity--due to the good chance of serious civil warfare....(the 95%+ of blacks who voted for him would not suffer Obama's removal sitting down).
Therefore the only way to remove him in in the ballot box of '10 (by removing a compliant Congress from his grasp) and finally in '12.
It's tilting at windmills to try and remove him on the natural born clause, even if, he indeed is a usurper.
