“no kid has the “right” to wear anything the school code says no one can wear on campus”
The kid apparently took off the bandana. It was the t-shirts that got them in trouble and there wasn’t anything in the school code about that. The school district took the side of the kids and now the principal said they can wear the t-shirts.

that’s a major reason my kids are in private school and homeschooled!
Principle should be fired or taken to court for violation of first amendment rights under color of authority!
