..... the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii"

The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.

The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

Lingle's radio statement could add further confirmation that a long-form, hospital-generated birth ceritifcate still exists, despite a February report by Britain's Sky News which stated: "Authorities in Hawaii have provided an electronic record of Obama's birth because the paper copy was destroyed in a fire which wiped out much of the state's archives."

Yet, the Nordyke twins were able to get a microfiched copy of theirs. Who cares if the "paper" copy was destroyed ( which I find bogus ). As a matter of fact, Okubu has stated that the department went paperless in 2001. Per Hawaii Statutes:

92-31 Disposition of original record. A photograph, microphotograph, reproduction on film, or electronic form of a government record shall be placed in conveniently accessible files and provisions made for preserving, examining, and using the same. Thereafter, a public officer, after having first received the written approval of the comptroller as provided in section 94-3, may cause such record, paper, or document to be destroyed. The comptroller may require, as a prerequisite to the granting of such approval, that a reproduction or print of such photograph, microphotograph, or reproduction on film, or electronic form of the record be delivered into the custody of the public archives for safekeeping. The comptroller may also require the delivery into the custody of another governmental department or agency or a research library of any such record, paper, or document proposed to be destroyed under the provisions of this section.

Seeing as the Nordykes BC was available on microfiche, it shows that Obamas must be available also ( unless of course the "mysterious fire " just happened to destroy only his microfiche copy )

So, either the original microfiche copy is still available or a complete reproduction of it in electronic form is available. To put something in electronic form and not copy all the data on the original document would be against the law. Where these files have to be accessible and provisions have to be made for examining them, it would be misleading for the Department of Health to say that the information on the original Certificate of Live Birth is no longer available. Under Hawaii Revised Stautes 338-18, those with a direct and tangible interest in the record are permitted inspection of public health statistics records. That would include either the microfiche or electronic copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth.

As most of us here know, they are all above the law.

Of course, now that she's publically claimed part of the allegedly private information that would be found on a long form....what about the rest of it. Such as, the signing Dr? And, as has been suggested here, why not release a certified copy of the long form to a "major" news agency?

How can someone born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England be considered a Natural Born Citizen of the United States and thus eligible to be the Commander in Chief of the armed forces (to say the least)?

In November 2004, when Obama FIRST revealed (via his half-sister Maya) that he was considering running for President,
she slipped up and said that Obama was actually born at Queen's Medical Center.

She's never retracted it, nor has the newsletter that printed it before Queen's showed up in other places too ...

The Nordyke certs look to be the copies of the originals that were gotten when they registered the twins for kindergarten. Look at the date at the bottom of the certs.
