I don't disagree.
Everytime he appears in court that's on our dime. Not to mention incarceration costs.

Did he get arrested for dealing?
Was there more than personal use in his possession?
He can make any old crack he wants with his pipe.
The cops got this wrong, did it wrong and they were wrong to shoot the dogs.
These nuckleheads could have grabbed him anywhere but NO, they have to show off their testosterone skills break stuff and shoot the place up.
