"Sadly Stutzman would have walked away with it if the lesser candidates did not dilute the anti-Coats field (i.e. Behney, Hostettler, etc.) I wish they would have recognized that they did not have a real shot at it toward the end and rally behind Stutzman, that gesture would have given them greater future political capital. Instead, they siphoned off votes that would have gone to Stutzman and thwarted a Stutzman victory. After all, Coats only won by a margin north of 35% - not necessarily a resounding victory."
Tea Parties need to learn a major lesson here. We need to consolidate our efforts in these races - to push through to UNITED victory.
Let us learn for future. We're de-centralized, and in this race it cost us.

I should add that Stutzman and the other undoubtedly put some fear into Coats, and Tea Parties will be consistently doing that when we win, and even when we don’t win. There is value in that!
