I think the deal was that the FCC didn't have the authority because they had designated the Internet as a "data service". Now they are redesignating it as a "communication service", which gives them authority. Something like that.

The Kenyan in the White House does not care what the law is- nor what the courts say, unless he agrees with the courts.

He loves the Executive Orders priviledges.

He has never learned about the need for not doing something just because you CAN do it.
