Wouldn’t this also be a Bill of Attainder?

Beloved American Heroes who Protect all Americans (this was in Times Sq. this week):

Undocumented, unmitigated terrorist-supporter, Zero,
void of accountability, void of birth certificate, void of transparency,
Who continues to pathologically blame Americans at each and every opportunity:

Make BP pay for every penny for the clean-up, the lost lives and the lost income.

NObama would pass any law he could retroactively.

He wants to tax us for money we didn’t pay in taxes 40 years ago.

Beyond clean-up and containment, BP must be held responsible for the damages this spill causes. To help make sure of that, the Administration – in the context of a comprehensive energy bill which would help move us to a clean energy future -- strongly supports efforts on Capitol Hill to raise the Oil Pollution Act damages cap significantly above $75 million.

Late to the game AGAIN bammie...

BP (FIVE days ago) "BP Plc will compensate all those affected by an oil spill from one of its wells in the Gulf of Mexico," its chief executive said, accepting the disaster could hit plans to open new areas off the U.S. coast to drilling.

"We are taking full responsibility for the spill and we will clean it up and where people can present legitimate claims for damages we will honour them. We are going to be very, very aggressive in all of that," Tony Hayward told Reuters in an interview on Friday.

Of course, that doesn’t fit with the the Pansy-in-Chief’s attempt to put on a chest thumping display for the communist controlled media. Little bammie sees this as an opportunity to screw over a major "bad energy" production company and steal a truckload of money that it can use for his communist agenda. Par for the Pansy's course to make up new "rules" after the fact and then prance around in front of the communist media cameras...

So who sponsored and voted for this $75M cap? Seems like an insanely low number to me.
