Doubtless the defense here will be that The One wasnt aware of the sexual connotation and therefore had no idea that the term offends tea partiers. Funny thing, though: Offhand, I cant recall a single instance of him saying teabaggers publicly. Not in speeches, not in interviews, not at town halls, not even at that fundraiser a few weeks ago when he goofed on protesters by saying they should be thanking him for cutting their taxes, i.e. for running up gigantic deficits. If he doesnt know the terms impolitic, how come he hasnt innocently used it on camera yet?
He knows. They all know.
Our good luck! Let him bad mouth us. Let the media bad mouth us.
Remember November!
He will be successful, but not with the people he wants to turnout.

Is Barry the bagger or the baggee?
**Well then.....does that make the N word ok as a presidential descriptive.
PC has been abolished apparently**
YO, BARKY ... Don’t go calling US Teabaggers, N*****!!!!
Sorry... it works for me!
This is just more evidence of the classless trash that occupies our White House. We need to find a way to get his undocumented ass impeached.
“First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.” — Mahatma Gandhi
Ignoring the Tea Partiers hasn’t worked, and ridicule isn’t working either. Be prepared, because initiating a fight against the Tea Party is the next stage.
He is full of Obama.
We SHOULD be offended by the fact that the person holding the office of the President of the United States, is using such vulgar language to openly denigrate a HUGE cross section of the American populace, solely for the fact that they disagree with him politically, spiritually and morally.
The man, and I use that term loosely, is a disgrace to the office and the country.
You couldn’t be more wrong. Language is the high ground of the war.
If the progressive enemies control the language they control the high ground and the battle.
Complacency is a losers strategy
That's okay...I'm using the words "communist a$shole".
When he used the term, he wasn’t talking about protesters........ :O
I also do not recall a single instance of Obama using that term.
Its very sad that some of the leftists still use the term today. They had an excuse at the beginning because maybe they didn’t understand what it meant, but not now. Its incredibly vulgar and should be treated like the ‘n’ word. And anyone using it is also incredibly vulgar, unChristian and hateful.
Here's how I learned: I was in the weight room some years ago and one of my teenagers was bench pressing. He reached his max, and I leaned over to help him get the weight up on his last rep. He said "Don't teabag me, dad."
It was obvious, or close to obvious, what it meant, and fortunately for him I didn't laugh so hard as to release the bar.
I’m a senior & I never knew either. Now I do.
That the media uses this word to describe the Tea Party is disgusting & offensive.
Yes.
My favorite “bagger” Gagger is “rat bagger”. It was defined for me by an Indian business man. It’s “ a rat scrotum”. They are filthy animals and they drag their balls on the ground and thru the sewers.
“0” qualifies for that one.
Three days after he decried the lack of civility in American politics, President Obama is quoted in a new book about his presidency referring to the Tea Party movement using a derogatory term with sexual connotations.
In Jonathan Alter's "The Promise: President Obama, Year One," President Obama is quoted in an interview saying that the unanimous vote of House Republicans vote against the stimulus bills "set the tenor for the whole year ... That helped to create the tea-baggers and empowered that whole wing of the Republican Party to where it now controls the agenda for the Republicans."
Tea Party activists loath the term "tea baggers," which has emerged in liberal media outlets and elsewhere as a method of mocking the activists and their concerns...

O’Bozo didn’t realize that some people may be offended at being called teabaggers - it never bothered him at all.
