People who persist in dehumanizing and demonizing those who merely disagree with them on various matters inevitably become that which they claim to hate. Many self-proclaimed “tolerant” and “open-minded” liberals are well on their way to becoming Storm Troopers, albeit without the matching uniforms or snappy armbands.

You know I have heard this crap before. This is a standard way of being critical of obama’s failures while protecting Obama himself with: “He is just too nice a guy to deal with mean Republicans ”(well they could have picked mean Hillary, LOL)
While we didnt like it, Bush got stuff passed by getting bi-partision support because he knew he couldnt get anything passed with republicans alone. Liberals got this myth that republicans passed stuff without democrat votes, or that democrats were just too nice and went along assuming we would support all Obama's socialist stuff now in return(this part is delusional) .
This is the one thing I really prefer Obama to Bush on now: Obama now gets opposed by Republicans almost in unity, vs Bush getting the Republicans and democrats together to screw us making it impossible to cast blame consistently.
And her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard! How she ever got a talk show, I will never understand. Surely they could find some smart women.

Behar hasn’t figured out yet that to be a decider you have to have a backbone. Spineless Obama has to wait and change positions a few times in order to be in the right path of the political winds.

I read some of the comments this morning at HuffPo about the Times Square terrorist and I was unsettled to see the degree to which the defense of Obama by the left is so completely unhinged and irrational.
I don't know how they got that way but Obama has tapped into that vein of insanity like he new exactly where to drill. Quite curious, actually, because one wouldn't expect insanity to be so predictable.
One would expect insanity to be erratic, unstable, and, well, random. But these people are, however much they are completely unplugged from reality, consistent and constant in their madness.
It's like there is a "force" which coalesces the opinions of these irrational beings around a central thesis. It's as outlandish as visiting a mental asylum and learning that all the patients were Scientologists or avid stamp collectors or bird watchers before being committed.
Not to put to fine a point on it, but, if I had to guess, I would say that all these crazies are part of the same religion--Obama's religion.
