Someone making sense on Fox talking about how now that he’s lawyered up there is no way to find out who was behind this attack.
That’s the problem w/fighting it as a judicial action rather being proactive military war. You have to wait for the attack to happen before you can react and then you usually have dead bodies as evidence.

It's incredible that they're going to treat this as a criminal offense and not the act of war that it really is. This man is an enemy combatant and the field of battle is the United States of America. His intention was to kill as many of us as possible, and now they're going to bring him into a courtroom and make legal niceties!
They need to do a Jack Bauer on him, and if there's anything left, place him in a cell at an undisclosed location for the next fifty years.
I know, I know, he's a freakin’ citizen...I just needed to rant.
