Can’t say that I have. I have, however, been in a room with a number of children who have been evaluated to be mentally retarded. My professional opinion is that these children are heads and shoulder’s more intelligent than democRAT members of congress.
Actually, I was referring to the manual for IQ tests. The lowest IQ standard score achievable on the WISC-IV is a score of 40 (< 0.1 percentile). So, if Dim congress critters are below that - just damn!
