If a man with the biggest “Manhood” in the room drops his drawers and displays his “Stuff”, Does that encourage others to drop their drawers too? ... No ... It only encourages the use of Enzyte! ... *snicker*

Attention all burglars:

“I have $1,000,000 in cash under my mattress. How much do YOU have under your mattress?

“It's only fair that you tell me now that I have shared my ‘stockpile’ numbers with you!

“Aren't you going to tell me?”

Well, I’m not sure it matters but you have got to ask yourself why that would disclose this information. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

I suggest we drop 113 on Iran so we have a nice even 5000 warheads - at least 1 on Tehran as 13 is an unlucky number. :-(

It makes perfect sense. We have a communist junta in power and we are donezo as a nation. Get over it. Short of a cw2 or revolutionary war the nation is over.

re: “For those who doubt that the United States will do its part on disarmament. . .”

There is no one on the other side that has any doubts that the US will its part. They just play like they do, knowing the liberal mindset will make liberals do something to convince them otherwise. And they fall for it every time. Reagan knew differently, that the way to get THEM to give in was to call their bluff and show that, although we are willing to disarm when conditions are right, we are even more determined to beef up our offensive capabilities. The very fact the other side brings up disarmament is a sure sign they know, or fear, they are behind. They will NEVER talk arms control when they are confident they are in the lead.

Liberals never learn do they? Trillions on alleviating poverty and we’re just as bad off now as we were before we spent those trillions.

Now spies all over the world are sourcing all locations whereas if they didn’t know the exact amount then they couldn’t know where they all are.

I don’t care what the matter is at hand, I better not hear a single word from these freaks running our nation into the ground about national security... they have just destroyed any pretense of us having any.

What in the world are these brain dead morons doing?

It beggars belief that this has been revealed.

Shame on these despicable POS that are seemingly trying their hardest to bring your great country to its knees.

I am so god damn sick of politicians, your country, my country they are so stupid and they are going to get us all killed with their reckless decisions and liberalism. May they all burn in hell.

So we couldn’t destroy the world even if we had as many as we had in ‘67?

The number is lower than what some were estimating, which was in the 9,000 - 9,500 range. DOE has been dismantling old, obsolete nuclear weapons for years. They must be making good progress. The Strategic Offensive Reductions Treaty (SORT), limits each side to a total of 2,200 strategic nuclear weapons. Some of the 5,113 weapons may be strategic weapons which are not restricted by treaty (free fall "gravity" bombs), and tactical weapons not restricted by treaty (bombs and artillery shells). Most of the 5,113 weapons are probably stored with no real means of delivery.

In other words, the release of the information is like releasing the total number of players in a college football program, even though conference and NCAA rules may limit the number of players who can dress out for a game. Or the total number of players on an NFL roster, even when those on injured reserve don't matter for next week's game.

Without the context of the status of weapons (which ones are in the current inventory, which are in reserve, and which are awaiting DOE dismantlement into reactor fuel), the only reason to release this information is to make the U.S. look bad.

Somewhere, some ignorant liberals are going to derive our 5,113 nukes violate the 2,200 limit under SORT.
