DEARBORN, Mich. -- The main thoroughfares of this Detroit suburb, like those of many Michigan cities, aren't as busy as they used to be. Thousands of jobs shed locally by the Ford Motor Co. have forced smaller businesses to shutter and left fewer customers for those that remain.

Same thing happened in Chicago. Sad part is, now there’s nowhere to go to see traditional belly-dancers.
Hahaha!!! All they have to do is claim that it is a part of their “religion of peace” crap and the authorities will bend over and grab their ankles to NOT appear as offending mulims.
Muslims want to be exempt from every law.
There are hookah lounges all through the north-west suburbs. The Mango in Niles doesn’t have hookahs anymore but still has belly dancing the first Saturday of each month.
Saturday was the first day of the new no smoking anywhere law. The place still stunk. I suspect it will take a long time for the stink to dissipate from the walls, ceiling, fixtures, table, chairs.
My cousins son who was competing for the first time lasted only 30 seconds before getting punched out. I left as soon as his bout was over. At least now I didn't have to go home and shower the stink away.
Belly dancing creeps me out. I can’t stand it.
