100 Seats in Congress and ownership of the Senate by January.Don't count your hatches before they chicken. So-called "Tea Party" candidates in various districts will siphon off enough votes to ensure a Democrat win in them.

There was a post yesterday that said there were 100 seats in play, but I don't think we will pick up all of them. But we don't need them all, we only need 41. If there are 100 up for grabs 41 becomes a much more approachable target.
On the other hand there are only 18 dem seats up for election in the Senate. Three are safe. Six are almost certain as of this point to go republican. So to get the Senate we need to get 4 of the remaining 9 or three of the nine and get Lieberman to caucus with the GOP. That also assumes we don't lose any GOP seats due to RINOs running third party like in Florida and throwing the seat to the dems. I greatly fear we may lose a few to this.

Waaay too optimistic. I will settle for a net of + 25-30. The dems have a lot of dirty tricks to go.
