1. Not your experience? And how many such experiences have you had? 2. As I have seen many times, marriages are in a difficult position, and some outside party asserts herself in the middle, never giving the partners a chance to work it out. Just because a marriage is in a bad place doesn't give someone the right to move in for the kill. 3. She stated she didn't chase him, but didn't that aide write a book stating that she did, indeed, chase him. I'm in no way condoning that SOB John Edwards, but this woman has to own up to her own role in this affair.

Well, it's my experience that homewrecking gold-diggers will say ANYTHING to justify their behavior. I have no love for John and Elizabeth Edwards, but if someone is so completely miserable in a marriage they need to be grown-up enough to walk away before they starting sticking it to some slore.
