Mack (R) compares Ariz. law to Nazi Germany

Rep. Connie Mack (R-Fla.) ripped into the new Arizona immigration law today, comparing it to Nazy Germany.

"This law of 'frontier justice' – where law enforcement officials are required to stop anyone based on 'reasonable suspicion' that they may be in the country illegally – is reminiscent of a time during World War II when the Gestapo in Germany stopped people on the street and asked for their papers without probable cause," Mack said in a statement.

Down here in Arizona, we DO have folks complaining about the law - politicians pandering for votes, libtards and dumb Hispanics. (The rest of the Hispanics realize illegal immigration hurts them, too.)

If anyone bothers me, I just smile and say “You’re absolutely right. We do need new immigration laws and I suggest we use the Mexican ones as a pattern.”

Yep, just like Nazi Germany where all the un-pure people snuck in the country to take jobs away from the Germans creating huge unemployment problem under Hitler during the war. This will be taught in the public schools soon. Any liberal Jews out there feel that your democrat friends are insulting you with this analogy?

Here's another off the wall hunch. Democrats are loving the current race baiting, but the ones in congress don't want to walk the plank alone on amnesty with 10% unemployment. Olbermann (between race-baiting ) had a political analyst on that says democrats in congress want no responsibility for immigration reform. Obama may just keep calling on republicans to help but no bill gets written (as typical PR).

Ship all the illegals to Florida (as if there isn’t enough already) and see how he like THAT!

I want to personally thank Arizona and it's legal citizens for having the courage and the leadership to do what the federal government has failed to do. Their actions will benefit the entire nation.

The next order of business is to force Presidential Candidates to prove their eligibility!

The problem with illegal aliens is this-—

Democrats like illegals because it increases their voter base.

Republicans like illegals because it holds down wages.

The citizens do not like illegals or politicians.

Comparing Arizona to Nazi Germany? As opposed to the holocaust survivors who had to have papers and enter the US through Ellis Island?

They are idiots. They listen to liberals. They accept their premises and react to them as if they are reality. This is why Republicans lose

They are not idiots. It's part of their job in the corrupt "Two-Party Cartel". The true conservatives are now venting these RINOs. They aren't safe in their party ( their NWO faction) any more. Let's sent them to retirement.

HOW OLD is Connie Mack?

He looks like a corpse from “Weekend At Bernie’s”.

Is he still holding office in Florida?

He certainly is showing his colors with his comments.

I believe he was married when he started schtupping Mary Bono. Also, he stiffed a private club he belonged to in Ft Lauderdale when he moved out of the district. Not exactly a paragon of moral leadership....

MACK IS A USELESS IDIOT!!! In Terry v. Ohio, 392 U.S. 1 (1968) and its progeny, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the police may stop and detain a person if they have "reasonable suspicion" that the person is engaged in criminal activity. "Reasonable suspicion" requires objectively that "the police officer must be able to point to specific and articulable facts which, taken together with rational inferences from those facts, reasonably warrant that intrusion." 392 U.S. at 1.

What Mack and the rest of the RINO's and Libs refuse to understand is that for the last 42 years "reasonable suspicion" has been the objective standard for detaining citizens to investigate criminal activity. Reasonable suspicion, however, is not the same as probable cause to make an arrest, which is a much higher standard.
