My reply is this:
United States v. Brignoni-Ponce:
United States v. Brignoni-Ponce, 422 U.S. 873 (1975), was a decision by the United States Supreme Court, which held that the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution does allow a roving patrol of the United States Border Patrol to stop a vehicle near the United StatesMexico border and question its occupants about their citizenship and immigration status, when suspicion that the occupants appear to be of Mexican ancestry, combined with other articuable facts. Except at the border and its functional equivalents, patrolling officers may stop vehicles only if they are aware of specific articulable facts, together with rational inferences therefrom, reasonably warranting suspicion that the vehicles contain aliens who may be illegally in the country.

Term limits.
Another “Republican” who has gotten far too comfortable with the trappings of being part of the elitist Beltway machine.

"This law of 'frontier justice' where law enforcement officials are required to stop anyone based on 'reasonable suspicion' that they may be in the country illegally is reminiscent of a time during World War II when the Gestapo in Germany stopped people on the street and asked for their papers without probable cause," Mack said in a statement.Mr. Idiot, I mean Mack, how is it reminiscent if these are two totally different circumstances like you state?

Connie Mack, who was infatuated with Charlie Crist until recently, can take a flying leap.

Surely there aren’t that many fools in the Republican Party. These people are just imbeciles.

Our Cardinals used to pound the Phillies in old Connie Mack Stadium-named for his grandfather I believe.

Another moron — I don’t care if he is a Republican — who hasn’t read the law he’s yapping about. The law expressly bars police stops made on suspicion of illegal status. The stop has to be for a valid, different reason.

Now that he has shot off his mouth, maybe he could sit down and actually read the law.
