The Dems are doing everything they can to stack the deck in their favor at the voting booth:

1) Make Puerto Rico a state, giving it 2 likely Dem senators, and 5-6 house members.
2) Allow felons to vote.
3) Give DC voting congressional representation.
4) Make it illegal to ask voters to show ID.
5) Manipulate the census to count blue state more thoroughly than red states, thus giving them more votes in congress.
