If Arizona's Republican legislators weren't so dumb, they'd be dangerous. Or maybe they're dangerous because they're dumb.
Either way, once they stop celebrating the passage of what should be dubbed the "We really, really, really don't like illegal aliens" bill , they're going to have to figure out how law enforcement is supposed to identify the culprits.

The leftists throw up this nonsensical chaff, but the radar of the American people sees the enemy clearly, still.

AZ legislators dumb, eh?
And this coming from some writer probably possessing a marshmallow degree from a college that gives 4.0 averages to every student no doubt.
My dad with his 11th grade education from the south, could easily trounce these trolls in a debate. He’s actually read the constitution.

Rodriguez?
Yet another idiotic LaRaza racist opens his stupid mouth and spews out bran dead garbage. So what's new?
Open borders vermin like this fool had better get ready for even tougher laws to come from other states.

He’s just a poop-throwing monkey, seeing what will stick to the wall.
Cops can pull anybody over for reasonable suspicion in most states, it’s just that they can do it for suspicion of being an illegal that’s unpalatable to his liberal brain.
It doesn’t take much for a cop to figure out a tatooed Mexican smoking hooch in his lowrider might need a few questions about his status thrown in his direction.
My only gripe is the law doesn’t go far enough, they need to be put on a fast, short bus back to Mexico if their explanations don’t make sense.

If the law sticks, illegals will move to other states and they’ll find out what it’s like to have over 400,000 illegals in their homes.

That was the motivation of my GAG post(see #4).
What really galls me is Washington-amnesty republicans on TV saying they are concerned about the law. It's sickening. This is one of the things that got democrats in power in 2008:demoralizing us. These elites need to get their butts out of DC and live near the border.

Yes, Rodriguez (and the La Raza, leftists, et al) doth protest too much.
How is a cop going to know by sight who is or isnt legal? What about a person will elicit suspicion?
Rodriquez knows full well a matter will have moved beyond a by sight situation.
The LEO is required to have a separate lawful basis for engaging the individual.
It is more a case of an LEO trying to communicate with a vehicle full of folks that do not speak English with the driver unlicensed.
No longer will the LEO simply let them walk away, as happened recently in a situation involving a family member in an upscale Colorado community that relies on service people.

Read the bill. It enforces federal law by going after those who employ illegal aliens. We’’ know who the illegals are by watching who goes back across the river.

To stop this new law the obambat folks are going to have to tell the people that they are strongly against enforcing established standing federal law. The obamass disciples are going to have to explain why they refuse to protect our country as the constitution demands.
With all the resources of the Federal Government they have totally failed or secure our borders, locate and expel illegal aliens, or to deter the violent drug trade that penetrates our boundaries each and every day. The federal government has not done it's job or even attempted to enforce it's own laws. If they continue to take this path it does not mean that these things will not be done, it means that someone else has to get the job done.
