About 40 people gathered at a rally in downtown San Diego voicing their dissenting view on the tough new Arizona illegal immigration issue signed into law on Friday.

Police on the scene commented that there were more media trucks and law enforcement at the “Boycott Arizona” evening rally than actual rally supporters. One of the officers on duty said, “Media must have been hoping there would be a large number of protesters like we had during the 2006 failed amnesty push.”

Should there be a counter-demonstration to inform them they are standing in California, not Arizona?

If it were a Tea Party rally, however no reporters will be found.

They know better than to have that rally in Arizona.

But if WERE a Tea Party rally, there would have been a heckuva lot more than 40 peeps show up.

If I hadn’t JUST taken a vacation I would make it a point to find somewhere to go in AZ (hopefully while McC is in Washington).

Forty protesters??? In San Diego you can get more than that to stand around and watch a guy spread cocoa butter on his pecs.

Like Mexico this State is painfully aware of the of the consequences of having the illegal aliens expunged from Arizona they either go to another state or Heaven forbid back to Mexico.

Have always argued that the only thing that has prevented another Mexican revolution is the fact that USA has served to reduce the anger, that would be needed to start one by its population.

When you sort it all out, the media are protesters. They are liberal swine with a vested interest in promoting the ir agenda.

Do not be fooled. The media is the enemy, right down to the tight assed girl on camera and the ugly unshaven clod with the camera

I can't believe that the MSM have “40” people being a “crowd”! If it were the Tea Party the headline would be ONLY 40 PEOPLE SHOW UP TO PROTEST>>>>>>>>>>>>

Also, if you look at the video clips they are all young kids who probably don't even vote.

I wonder how many of them are union organizers?

How many of them are illegals?

The simple math, IMO, says if 70% agree with the law then there is a percentage of Mexican/Americans who concur as well.

The MSM is lumping all Americans (or segregating us) into groups of Orgin rather than citizens who want to protect our rights and want our laws enforced!

They need to go home and start that "revolution" then instead of starting one here. Americans are a long suffering, patient people but this has gone on too long and gone too far.

When you have Mexicans telling us how they built the US and we'd be nothing without them, it's time for them to go home. If they did so much here, then they'll be able to do the same in their own country.

What is more amazing to me is the Mexican President believing he has any right to say what laws should be enacted in Arizona.

You know what gets me about this whole thing? Well, one of the things... The President of Mexico making a statement bashing AZ for enforcing US immigration law and sovereignty. The Mexican President was basically supporting all the illegals flooding into the US. But that can't be right - surly no head of state of a Country would support his/her citizens going into a neighboring Country and committing crimes? The Prime Minister of France doesn't encourage French citizens to go to the UK and rob banks. The German Chancellor doesn't encourage Germans to go into Italy and steal everyone's left shoe.

Seriously, encouraging your citizens to invade a neighbor and break their laws? That is a hostile act. I believe we should deploy National Guard and other Military units to the border to secure it immediately. It is obvious the Mexicans are not going to do anything to stem the invasion and lawlessness propagating out of their Country. So be it. We have the right, and the obligation, to secure the border, now.

Typical MSM bull spit!!! They do a report on 40 people demonstrating against Az. illegal immigation bill, yet give little or no coverage to the T-Party demonstrations.
