Well, I didn’t mean to make you feel MORE discouraged! Sorry about that! I agree with you, BTW. As hard as I try my family isn’t ready for the impending fall either (hubby being out of work for the majority of last year, and us having to deplete our savings to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads didn’t help...). All I can do personally at this point is put my faith in God and hope I’m (we) are wrong...

I am no authority on the subject - just read a few articles re Cap and Trade and the immense value of those carbon trading units. Seems to me that the Chicago Exchange will be making big bucks trading those units. It is also the case that, if the US doesn’t participate in the carbon trading, the people who have already invested large sums into the scheme are going to lose large sums. Do you know if or how that might play a role in what is going on now with Blago and the powers that be in Chicago?
