That is their main connection and what I was thinking of - Tides. The Joyce Foundation has given grants to Tides, however.

I don't mean to imply that, what I'm saying is that in order for this to be accomplished, the presidency was necessary, not just a majority of MOC's who would pass the bill -- it has to be signed into law. They had to ensure it would happen, they had to be absolutely certain, no question. Who better than the one who set the whole thing into motion in the first place, the guy who set up the CCX?
There was always the chance that if Hillary were president, some other special interest entity could approach her, convince her that the carbon credit exchange wasn't the right way to go, do it their way (whatever that might be), appease the green left with a different method, they promise to include her in the cut, somehow she would end up getting $$$ out of it, so she goes their way instead of the cap-and-trade line. This would foil the CCX/$10 trillion plan, those guys could not let that happen ... they could not take the chance, risk failure and so, here comes this 0bama guy, he makes a speech at the DNC convention, he's pushed into the Senate, he does nothing there for a few months and is anointed, the rest, as they say, is history.
Apparently... I guess the Republicans have yet to get the memo? There was a perfect opportunity with mucho media coverage to question Goldman as to thier involvement in risky shady dealings e.g. a possible leading question: -for instance -tell us about CCX?

Glenn Beck program discussed is MONDAY night. It was carried into Tuesday’s program in part, but tonight (Wednesday) is said to be an explosive continuation.

First Glenn makes and astute point: If Goldman is really the bad guy, why are these people still on the job? ...Glenn tells us that a watchdog has steered him to the collusion between Barrack Obama, George Soros, Al Gore, Goldman Sachs, Franklin Raines (super crooked Fannie Mae head), CCX, and Generation Investment Management (GIM-London based co-founded by AL Gore). You were definitely right. I guess Obama may still be valuable to Daley after all... I sure hope Blago (or the gov’t prosecutor) has the goods and that nothing happens to either of them in the process of trying to get the facts out there...
I’m not sure about the ties of the Joyce Foundation myself, but I do seem to remember the connection you are talking about. I’d have to research it though to make sure.
I have to admit that I’m still not really educated on all of the economic aspects of this plan by Obama. It’s something I plan on remedying ASAP! :)

Re the Joyce Foundation and Kerry, it is only indirect. It is the Tides Foundation that Mr. Ketchup and wife are affiliated with. However, the Joyce Foundation and Tides have a connection.
