It’s truly pathetic. I can remember being in about the 7th grade when we were taught to write with accuracy and specificity when presenting details. In high school, we all had to take a turn at reporting for the school newspaper and the who-what-when-where and sometimes why was pounded into our festering little brains. Most of us here at FR could have done a better job than this reporter did. It’s frightening to consider what passes for simple, basic reporting now.
