Can you imagine if something like this ever happened in Congress? I mean...First of all, Pelosi would cry...cable and television ratings would skyrocket. Talk radio hosts would have a field day.
Such events just taken in stride by Ukrainian lawmakers.
That's why they all carry umbrellas...in paliments. It's not just an aristocratic thing, but protection from unseen elements.
