Illegal Internet gambling in violation of U.S. Code Title 31, 5362 is a "high crime or misdemeanor"
The "birther" issue is a senseless and unwinnable battle that squanders time and resources, a fraction of which could easily result in Obama's removal from office for very real, proven, and documented reasons as shown below. In other words, it would make excellent sense for Barack Obama and his followers to start this rumor themselves to divert attention and efforts from very real and easily exploitable vulnerabilities. As stated by Sun Tzu's Art of War, the best way to win is to defend a position that the enemy cannot attack successfully, as opposed to allowing the enemy to attack what you cannot possibly defend. In Obama's case, this is his personal orchestration of what looks a lot like illegal Internet gambling in violation of U.S. Code Title 31, 5362.
...It is past time for those who see Barack Obama's Presidency as a menace to the well-being of the United States to stop allowing him to dictate what we are going to talk about through disinformation campaigns and agents provacateur. The "birther" issue has not only allowed Obama to make his opponents look like kooks, it has now jeopardized the career and retirement benefits of an Army officer who acted on it by refusing "illegal" orders to deploy to Afghanistan. In other words, real people are getting hurt by disinformation that may easily have originated in the Obama camp itself.

For future reference, it would have been much more helpful to freepers if you had posted the parts of the article that documented the e-mails and what charges could be filed, rather than waste your excerpt with what we SHOULDN’T be doing.
I don’t care who it takes, be it birthers or anti-illegal internet gamblers, just as long as he is stopped from destroying this country. That said, I suspect both groups can walk and chew gum at the same time.

I don’t think that impeachment of 0 is even a remote possibility with all the RATS and RINOs in charge of Congress.
All it takes is for one House member to raise this issue. The Ds cannot afford to associate themselves with a proven crime, if this is in fact a crime. Otherwise nobody will have respect for the law. Even the Ds recognize that we cannot have one U.S. Code for the President and another for everybody else.
Hixon had to resign because he knew similarly that his own party could not associate itself with Watergate by refusing to convict him.
In contrast, Bill Clinton got off because he was impeached on very flimsy grounds.

You probably have to register at IsraPundit as an IsraPundit user. As far as I know, there is no general Wordpress user I.D. The fact that I am registered on one WordPress site does not mean I can comment on any WordPress site.
