If she got $2000 to $3000 a night ten years ago...I dunno, maybe she has AGED a little since then and isn’t getting the tips for another reason? And I would LOVE to get $300 for a day’s work!!
Ya know, a lot of people made fun of that guy during the 2000 election, but if I recall correctly, he was the ONE REPUBLICAN on the board—trying to make sure there were NO FAKE BALLOTS in that stupid recount.

I never made fun of him; I always assumed that he was mugging for the cameras in order to underline the absurdity of the whole undertaking.

I realize she may have aged 10 years in the last 10 years, but the story made it sound like she was earning that amount until recently. BTW, my ex did some exotic dancing. They may be hanging out for an 8 hour shift, but they are only actually dancing for maybe an hour. The 300 bucks is more like one hours work and the drinks are free!
Back in the 80’s I read a newspaper article about a woman who payed for her MBA by dancing and when she did graduate, she couldn’t find anything that payed nearly as well.
