Democrats deception in PA12

Posted on 04/24/2010 11:51:05 AM PDT by paman12

The democrats are pulling all the stops to win the PA12 special election on May 18th.

PA12 background, this district is very interesting. Even though there are more democrat voters than republicans, however there are more conservatives and moderates than a very few liberals. The people here are older and just used to voting democrat. With this said, Pelosi and Obama have low approval rating, even among democrats. Plus, the health care bill is very unpopular here. If interested you can see more poll results here

Moving on, Critz who is in a very tight spot as a democrat this year, is trying to play as a conservative. I have been following this race for a while and you know just as much as I do about him. He says that he is pro-life and pro-gun, two things you have to be in order to get elected into congress from western pa (unless you live in downtown Pittsburgh). Plus, he apparently "opposes" Obamacare and cap and trade, which Obamacare already is law and cap and trade already passed the house. On a side note, Critz was very silent on his views on health care before it became law. Critz is lying about who he really is. Do you really think that Critz didn't make a deal with Pelosi and Biden, when they went to campaign for him? Obviously, Critz agreed to do something for them for their support. Second, Critz's ad campaigns love to mention that his opponent will ship jobs overseas. Well, with the democrat's economy plan, more jobs will be shipped overseas because they won't be able to afford to keep them over here.

Third, while Biden was in town campaigning for Critz in Pittsburgh, which is outside of the district, his republican opponent Tim Burns was doing a moneybomb. Or he wanted to but couldn't because a hacker took his site down for a day.

Fourth, some person name TechRx, who was posing as a former TechRx employee, is flooding blog comments saying that Burns had an affair while he was at TechRx. One poster tracked the ID number and found that it actually came from a plant from the Green County Democrats. What a surprise! I am so shocked!! (sarcastically of course)

Fifth, Critz is supposed to care about coal, but yesterday Biden, who said that he wanted no coal plants in this country, campaigned for him. Isn't this conflict of interest?

Sixth, the DCCC accused Tim Burns of supporting a National Sales Tax of 23% without saying the real reason of him supporting the fair tax and I don't believe that he would have wanted the sales tax of 23%, he would probably want it lower and not on food. While the democrats are supporting a VAT tax, which is worse because it doesn't take the income tax out. So the democrats are really doing what they accuse Burns of doing.

Some of these tactic such as overseas jobs and the sales tax are being used against Djou in the Hawaii special election on May 22nd.

It is obvious that the democrats cannot win on merit and they have to stoop pretty low, but what do you expect from these deceptioncrats.

Yeah, Critz is trying to play conservative. Burns is NOT doing a good job of getting his message out. He’s got some ads talking about Cap and Trade hurting the coal industry, but I don’t think he’s getting his message across well.

They see that (D) and he says he’s pro-life and pro-gun and won’t ship jobs overseas and THAT is all the old Dems around here need to know.

Who is running against Critz? Is he the incumbent? Who is the Republican candidate? I really hope you will post the result, very interesting article.

Found the part about Biden pulling for Critz, who is for coal, particularly revealing.

... and the local newspaper there is called the “Tribune Democrat.”

What does that tell you about the media bias?
