Both actually are important. The BC will show (I am almost convinced of that) that Obama was not born in the US. Also, his father not being a citizen at time of Barack, Jr. birth would be additional evidence that Obama is not legit CIC

What we have now is the absence of a COLB. The absence of evidence can’t be used to prove anything. While compelling positive evidence in the form of a certifiable Kenyan BC would be easy to work with, getting that information, if it ever existed is probably impossible. It’s a waste of our political capital to focus on something unattainable.
