Thanks for posting. There is no doubt what they Meant to say and what they wanted to Protect Against. Now we're there. . As it stands, Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen and all Laws, Executive Orders and Treaties he has signed are null and void - until he proves otherwise. It's obvious he can't, so we're back to He's not a Natural Born Citizen. . so Now What? When is this going to be really adddressed? This whole issue is getting more and more "mainstream" and not in the kooky fringe arena anymore. Keep up the pressure and contact your state senators and representatives if you haven't. We have just Begun to Fight!

he first principle of government is founded on the natural rights of individuals, and in perfect equality. Locke, Vattel, Lord Somers, and Dr. Priestly, all confirm this principle.

This principle of equality, when applied to individuals, is lost in some degree, when he becomes a member of a society, to which it is transferred; and this society, by the name of state or kingdom, is, with respect to others, again on a perfect footing of equality—a right to govern themselves as they please.

Nor can any other state, of right, deprive them of this equality. If such a state confederates, it is intended for the good of the whole; and if it again confederate, those rights must be well guarded.

Nor can any state demand a surrender of any of those rights; if it can, equality is already destroyed. We must treat as free states with each other, upon the same terms of equality that men, originally formed themselves into societies. Vattel, Rutherford and Locke, are united in support of the position, that states, as to each other, are in a state of nature.

Letters of Delegates to Congress: Volume 8 September 19, 1777 - January 31, 1778
James Lovell to John Adams

Dear Sir, York Janry. 1st. 1778. The year is rendered quite pleasing to me, in its beginning, by the arrival of your favour of the 6th of December, which assures me you were then in health with your lovely family.(1) May part of that happiness long continue! I say part, for I wish you may e’er long be in France, or at York Towne.

Your aid has been greatly wanted upon a most important transaction. We have had a call for your Stores of Grotius, Puffendorf, Vattel &c &c &c to support reason & common sense or to destroy both, just as your Honour & Da & Du & Dy should interpret the text.

I shall expect a long, long letter when the business which the bearer of this carries to General Heath shall have been communicated to you.(2) There are certain words which might be so used as to cause a vast expenditure of ink.

For instance, Men may dispute a year about “just Grounds,” and each remain of the opinion he first set out with. Calm posterity alone perhaps can make a faithful decision upon the weighty matters now in dispute between Great Britain and these States as to the verum decens et honestum with which they are conducted.

We are threatened from England with a very powerful force to come next year against us.

We are making all the provision in our power here to prevent that force, and we hope we shall be able to defend ourselves.

But as the events of war are always uncertain, possibly, after another campaign we may find it necessary to ask aid of some foreign power.

It gives us great pleasure to learn from you that “all Europe wishes us the best success in the maintenance of our liberty.” Franklin

That's why Cheney relocated to Montana.

The Capture of British fleet mentioned in the letter from Eustatia is considered here as pretty certain.

(2) The Saratoga has returned. She parted a few days before she got in with several of her prizes containing about 1000 Hhds. of rum & several hundred do. of sugar, which having been not since heard of we begin to fear have fallen back into the possession of the Enemy.

There is a report brought to Town by Baron Stuben that an embarkation sailed from N. Y. on Thursday last but the Genl has not yet confirmed it. Docr. Lee (3) has been here several days.

The inclosed letters (4) were found between the pages of Vattel. Madison 1780

Also, this an another illustration of the pains they went through to try and prevent excessive concentrations of power in any one part of the Government.

Congress supposed “the diplomatic order in which I am placed by my commission” was inferior to that in which their other ministers in Europe were placed by their commissions. That paragraph seems to have been taken from Vattel’s Law of Nations, where he treats of the several orders of public ministers.

The Revolutionary Diplomatic Correspondence of the United States,

A. Lee to the King of Prussia.

Vattel, in examining the same question says: “Foreign powers conform in this case to the possession, if the advantage of their own affairs incites them to do so.

There is no rule more certain, more conformable to the right of the people and to the independence of nations.

Since foreigners have no right to concern themselves with the domestic affairs of a people, they are not obliged to examine and to search into their conduct in these same affairs in order to determine the justice or injustice of it; they can, if they think proper, suppose that the right is annexed to the possession.”

It would have been true prophesy if our founding fathers had included an “idiot” clause as well.

This is very good work, its needs to be kept out in the open and for obvious reasons this is good evidence for current court cases, that is if the Supreme Court of Kangaroo Judges will admit it.

I have a feeling some of these judges that have been stonewalling the BC cases are themselves about to get some due justice. If anything I suspect they have acted unethically at the least if not outright committing a felony.

I demand they commit themselves to a brain scan.
