There’s a strong case against it being found unconstitutional.

The feds powers re immigration are to “make uniform” the standards and rules for immigration.
But NOT to enforce them! That was still up to the states!

If the fed abdicates its responsibilities, and it clearly appears to have done so, the states have every right to take action.

This is precisely why I want to hear Levinsa take on this...I do not understand Judge Napolitanos take...and I bow to Levins expertise on this one.
