Last week, he surprised the labor community by announcing his resignation as president of SEIU. Mr. Stern has claimed victories in helping pass health care legislation and getting President Obama elected, but his impact within his own organization shows gaping budget deficits and massive underfunding of pensions.

This toad should be under the jail. The union he supposedly represented is not the teamsters, it's not the auto workers. These are the janitors and busboys, the lowest-paid unionized workers in America, and he he looted their pensions to get Barack Obama elected. Why is he not being prosecuted?

I missed this last week. We were on vacation with no radio, tv, telephone and for the first half of the week no cell phone coverage. This is big news:
