Lieberman a so-called independent who caucuses with Senate Democrats and fellow co-energy conspirators Kerry, D-MA, and RINO Graham, R-SC, will NOT introduce their Phony Secret Energy Tax Bill via the normal Senate process, but will instead simply hand it over to Reid. Lieberman said "We want him to be able to work with it and bring it out onto the floor as a leader whenever he's ready" leaving Reid free to blind-side Americans and bring the bill to the Senate floor for a vote whenever he chooses to do so.

Obama's "phony energy tax" is a key provision of the "Obama Tax Plan." Like ObamaCare the Senate is again attempting to ram through legislation and tax all Americans. Obama and the Democrats promised to conduct the public's business in public: Instead once again they are writing and moving the "phony energy tax" bill forward behind closed doors in the Senate to create new taxes to pay for ObamaCare.
Let's do this the right way. We have had enough change that is Destroying the Free Enterprise System. Climate facts and the polls make it clear that Global Warming cannot be caused or controlled by humans. The truth is that Mother Nature controls Global Warming, the earth is cooling, green scientists are falsifying data and Obama and the Democrats are raising taxes under false and misleading pretenses to pay for ObamaCare.
A new Zogby International poll shows only 30 percent of Americans support the "phony energy" tax plan, and 57 percent oppose it and so-called global warming is dead last among voter priorities. Al Gore and the promoters of the apocalyptic "global warming" view do not even use the phrase as it is a turnoff for much of the public and have now embraced the term "climate change" as a preferred alternative.
How can Americans, the Congress and legitimate Scientists ignore the false justification of Obama's Energy Tax Bill in the following: 1. Mother Nature's "Climate Changing" Volcano Weighs In Iceland's large-scale volcanic activity may last only a few days but eruptions of this magnitude will impact global climate. The massive outpouring of gases and ash will influence climate patterns for years, reducing the amount of solar radiation reaching the Earth's surface, lowering temperatures in the troposphere, and changing atmospheric circulation patterns. Sulfuric gases convert to sulfate aerosols, sub-micron droplets containing about 75 percent sulfuric acid. Following eruptions, these aerosol particles can linger as long as three to four years in the stratosphere. Yet fanatical green scientists insist that "global warming is happening and that it is induced by human activity." 2. The Great Carbon Lie - CO2 Causes Global Warming The basis of the Obama "Green Energy Tax" is the "Great Carbon Lie" that carbon emissions cause global warming. This has been proven to be completely wrong and based on bad science. Proof of this comes from Gore's own eco-friends at the United Nations with two simple pieces of data. o Average Global Temperatures Have Decreased o Carbon Emissions Have Increased Dramatically
3. Scientists Covering Up Bad Data With The Climategate Scandal Undeniable proof that the world's leading scientific authority on Global Warming LIED! The so-called scientists at the at the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia intentionally manipulated, suppressed and flat out lied about the climate data in an attempt to prove Global Warming was a real threat to the planet. Data Manipulation (This is a quote from their Emails) "I've just completed Mike's Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (i.e. from 1981 onwards) and from 1961 for Keith's to hide the decline" HEARD ENOUGH? The tax money goes straight to Obama and his Federal Government bureaucrats.
