You’d think the volcano had just shut down the way the ADHD news media stopped talking about it. They do have a pretty short attention span. There was a story from yesterday (I think) that talked about vulcanologists predicting more, and bigger eruptions from these volcanoes in the coming weeks.
I'm sure that there are volcano-watcher sites that are still buzzing with talk about all this.
