Is this why Democrats are trying to rush laws through congress like there is no tomorrow?

Like I said - all I’m doing is speculating here with a “raised in Cook County” remembrance of all the shenanigans I’ve seen throughout my life, but that would fit... And bringing back up what the PUMAs said in October of ‘08. I don’t think they thought it would take this long to come to fruition though.
