An Obot works a part time minimum wage job, has 5 or more kids, recieved the earned income gift from the gov, paid no taxes and will have the $1000 penalty deducted from her $5000 tax gift(earned income credit)She then thinks that she bought health insurance for $1000 and goes to the ER for basic health care.
