Industry-wide rig utilization rates and drilling is seasonal; it’s not a matter of opinion.

Utilization rates of large deepwater rigs in the Gulf is NOT seasonal. It is on Canadian land rigs and perhaps in the Tasman Sea and the North Sea, but not on gorillas in the Gulf.
