Cops: Man grabs detective's genitals

Jorge Luis Lago Hernandez, 45, was on a Naples FLA beach when he was approached by plain-clothed Naples detectives patrolling the beach, according to a police report.
The detectives were conversing with Hernandez when he began getting close to one of them. The report said that detective sat down on a boardwalk and Hernandez sat with him.
According to the report, Hernandez then grabbed the detective’s genitals “over his jeans” without consent,
When the detective then identified himself as Naples police and told Hernandez that he was under arrest, Hernandez tried to escape. He grabbed one detective’s neck before they were able to arrest him, according to a police report.
Hernandez was charged with misdemeanor battery and a felony count of resisting officer with violence.
