PHOENIX (AP) - Mexican Embassy officials are voicing concerns over what they call the potentially dire effects an immigration bill pending in the Arizona State Senate may have on the civil rights of Mexican nationals.

Embassy spokesman Ricardo Alday said initiatives that exclusively criminalize immigration create opportunities for an undue enforcement of the law through racial profiling.

“civil rights of Mexican nationals.”

My first question is ‘what civil rights do Mexican nationals have in Mexico?’ Why should they have more when they illegally cross an international border? To be fair, maybe we should extend to them all the rights they would have in their own country.

Why can’t Mexico provide jobs, education, and welfare and healthcare to its own people? Why aren’t they covered by Mexico’s healthcare plan when they come to the US? I still accuse Mexico of ethnic-cleansing.

meanwhile Mexico shoots anyone trying to get into their country on their southern border.

It is high time that America told Mexico that they are not in charge of this country and they need to stay out of our laws.

Oklahoma yesterday, Arizona today. Sorry Mexico, the states aren’t going to just sit by and let your trash build up. You got the feds right where you want them, but not the people. Fix your own problems. Isn’t it weird that sending as many people out of their country as possible is a policy they fight vigorously for?

It appears that this clown has forgotten about Federal laws that have been in effect for many, many,*many* years.I think he needs to be relieved of his duties at the embassy and reassigned to fight the drug gangs of Nuevo Loreado.

Say the US is your house.

Your house is under attack in several ways. You have drifters who break in, ask to do work for you, and when you say you have no work for them, they just stay and expect you to feed them and help them when they get sick. You have the president of the HOA constantly rummaging around in your checkbook, writing himself checks, taking food out of your refrigerator, telling you what to eat, throwing out your salt and margarine, and, to top it all off, wants to let more drifters in your house even though you tell him no, and you don’t want him or the other drifters there in the first place.

Then, the HOA President says that your neighbor is about to lose his house, and, against your will, starts writing checks out of your checkbook to pay for your neighbor’s house.

Yet, you can’t kick them out, because it’s racist. Problem is, what could have been a peaceful solution will turn violent when you’ve had enough and start removing ALL of them by force, and doing what’s necessary to keep them out.

God help us, there will be a fight. I don’t think anyone, but the government, really wants that.

This is sort of like what I would think is fair for an immigration policy, which goes like this...”our policy towards the citizens of any other country are exactly the same as the policies/rights given to our citizens in that country.” So, for instance, if your country lets our citizens own property in your country, then your citizens can own property in our country...if not, then ditto.

Who cares what the Mexican imperialists think or say.

I mean, besides the race racketeers, democrat party and RINO cabal?

If we want to REALLY hear Mexico holler, just start treating THEM like they treat Hondurans who illegally cross THEIR border.

Say the US is your house.

Well, that's the whole problem. The bill's opponents come from the "property is theft" wing of the International Socialist Order. Denying Mexican nationals the right to share your personal property is villainy.

It would cut into Carlos Slim's caviar budget. :)

Mexico exports their poverty to the US and expect us to embrace these illegals with open arms. How dare they!

Maybe Mexico will boycott the US & recall their citizens so we can't have all that "cheap" labor? (Yeah and maybe the moon is made out of green cheese..)

“Why can’t Mexico provide jobs, education, and welfare and healthcare to its own people? “

Because they have successfully suckered us into doing it. Not only do the get us to pay their welfare, the illegals send 10’s of billions home.

Illegal immigrants increasingly go north

NUEVO LAREDO, Mexico (Reuters) - Illegal immigrants from Latin America are heading deeper into the United States to find work and avoid deportation as crackdowns in border states like Texas and Arizona make life more difficult for them.
