If you've been a long time viewer of this show and listener of my radio show, then you remember a time when the show was based in comedy. We looked at the news of the day and tried to get a point across in the funniest way possible. Today is a different story. The show is now about as funny as smallpox.

Recently, I got all kinds of heat for telling Forbes magazine that my company is an entertainment company. But they only printed half the quote. The rest of the quote was about how I very much believe the republic is on fire, I just don't think the best way to solve it is with a cartoon dog carrying a fire hose.

Look, I want an easy life too. I want to go to movies. I don't want to think about all the things we have to think about. But we are not protecting the republic just for us — this is for our children.

This land — if you believe the Founders — was found through divine providence. Which means we're holding a place for His purposes.

We've talked on this program about faith, hope and charity. And I'm going to be frank with you, when we started it up I wasn't sure exactly why this was the direction we needed to go in. But — and here's something you won't hear on TV — I introduced that theme because I felt led in that direction by the Spirit. I'm not sure exactly where this is going to lead, but I want to bring you not only the news of the day, but what's coming next, without being divisive or perceived as divisive.(continued)

One side or the other WILL start it you can count on it. BTW have you ever read David Wilkerson’s TheVision? He has a tremendous prophetic ministry and he states in there that blood will once again run in the streets of America. It isn’t that anyone is desiring it. But you would have to blind not to see what is coming. As far as the sending us out as sheep amongst wolves that Scripture refers to us out in an unGodly world attempting to spread the Gospel and receiving much opposition and criticism. There is a time for everything and God says so. CO

YHvH commanded Feast of Trumpets.

It is also known as Rosh Hashanah.
Trumpets are sounded for thirty days
in the run up to the Feast.
It is when the Last Trumpet is sounded.

It is a Feast for which one does not know
the day nor hour as it begins at the new moon.
That is not until the new moon is sighted.

Did anybody hear Glenn Beck TODAY’S SHOW (the last half hour or hour) talk with a LIBertarian who said Glenn should run for POTUS under the Libertarian Party?

Glenn told him, you wouldn’t want me, don’t libertarians believe in legalizing prostitution and drugs.

MLK generally faced "civilized" opponents; they used dogs and fire hoses, but generally didn't resort to putting trainloads of people into ovens.

Some of our opponents have explicitly stated they have no problem with killing us by the tens of millions.

Beck “suddenly” got this “nonviolent” thing going months ago. I have suspected for some time now that his lawyer advised him and perhaps even the White House (maybeindirectly). Who knows but it has seemed suspicious. Suddenly nonviolence was a daily thing with him. Fine. That may be a good thing. I still say that if you lie down in front of these Alinskyites, they will roll over you.

I think Beck is still easily spooked. His interview with one of the network wenches (Katy?) was just plain weird.
He came off very strange in that, so I wondered what was going on. He was trying to hard to watch his words.

Rush just says what he believes. If people (lefties) don’t like it to bad. That is a liberating attitude. I wonder if he has been threatened by the masters of the universe types.

Regardless if we are overtly being persecuted for the gospel’s sake (which we will be), or if it is for standing for truth (all that is true is God’s truth), we are as sheep amongst wolves. And, our reactions are to be the same. God could prove me wrong, but I don’t see America surviving this intact - particularly if things get violent, which is seeming more and more likely every day. Our side has been remarkably restrained, and we should continue to be. Christ did not call us to be bloody conquerors for the truth. But, it will not surprise me if much blood is shed before all is said and done. Our country has dark days ahead of it. Beck and Rush articulate this some, but I don’t think they entirely get it because they are not spiritually informed. We know where it is all heading. I haven’t heard Wilkerson’s particular work the Vision but I’ve heard him several times on various recordings. Much of what he says is heart breaking.

He has spoken of non-violence longer than that. He said early on that we wouldn’t get an American Revolution but a French one is it turned violent.

I agree that we are to be meek in spirit. And never would a Christian ever “start” the battle. However, they are coming anyway according to the modern day prophets such as David Wilkerson. He actually wrote “An Urgent Message” dated March 23, 2009. He states that and absolutely Earth Shattering Event is coming to America soon and it will of course affect other parts of the world also. He said that it will be so earth shattering that even the Godliest of His people will tremble but they must look to Him as He will protect His own. He also said that as a practical matter, he received from the Lord a message to lay in store at least a 30 day supply of food, necessities and toiletries etc. as the store shelves will be emptied in an hour. His Vision contained the “seeing” of the uprising in the following manner. Most major cities in America will be on fire and New York, where he is, will have at least 1,000 fires. He said it will be like Watts only everywhere. He also stated that it will be the “energy prices” that finally break the American peoples backs and it will precipitate this uprising. He too, said he wished it weren’t so but it is. One of the best things I heard tho was that God has his finger on Obama and that the time of Obama’s end has already been determined (by God) and it will be swift and severe. He reckons that Obama is one of the tools God is using to exact His Judgement against America’s sins. But we also know that the sins of the whole world will be dealt with also. Look for some never before seen major weather events too. I’m just thankful that I belong to Him and His people can be safe under the Shadow of the Wings of the Almighty. God does nothing but that He warns His people through His Prophets!! However it unfolds, the results will be the same - heartbreaking. CO

I agree it is coming. If not this administration, soon.
The thing one has to weigh is how do you react? The apostles and early Christians allowed themselves to be taken. Our Christian forefathers in this nation fought with weapons over tyranny. In the right circumstances, I don’t believe either is wrong. I think if the things Wilkerson speaks of come to America, America’s Christians are going to be ill-equipped to deal with it. Myself included. I have been a Christian a long time and have a lot of knowledge; but when push comes to shove none of us can be assured of how we will act. The apostles who walked with Him ended upon denying Him (though all but Judas returned). We are so much less than the apostles, but dependent upon Christ, we can only know we will be given grace in the time of need.
