That’s pretty cool you could find that GPO Access site. The keynote speaker at a computer conference I attended today was saying there is no open access to the laws of the country. Was arguing for open government like open source. Also a new service program for techies called Code for America.
I am probably the least tech-savy freeper, and I just did a google search. Took me about 5 minutes.
