KNOXVILLE, TN (WMC-TV) - Trial is scheduled to begin Tuesday in the case of a Germantown High School graduate who is accused of hacking into Sarah Palin's email account.
Monday, David Kernell and his attorneys left a pre-trial hearing at the federal courthouse in Knoxville without commenting.
