Nazi Propaganda for the Arab World
Commentary ^ | April 2010 | Daniel Pipes

Posted on 04/18/2010 12:48:08 PM PDT by T.L.Sink

The impact of National Socialism in the Middle East used to appear brief and superficial. But two powerful, important books have recently set the record straight which show the continuing influence of Nazi ideas on Ismamists. The Germans above all pursued two themes: stopping Zionism and promoting Islamism. Islamism took on a Nazi quality. As someone who has criticized use of the term "Islamofascism," I have to report that these books now lead me to acknowledge deep fascist influences on Islamism. On page after page in mind-numbing but necessary detail, the facts are documented which indeed justify the use of that term.

This article was printed in the April issue of Commentary magazine under the title, "Nazis in Mideast Mufti." The PC police and the MSM have scrupulously avoided the term "Islamofascist." But, not surprisingly, they're wrong again. The term is valid and the Islamofascists are alive and well, pursuing their war against the cultural values of Western civilization. And much of their message is part of a Nazi legacy they've adopted and practice with enthusiasm.

Gee thanks Dan. I guess those of us who were using the term 9 years ago were just a bunch of extremist bomb-throwers who didn't know how to do research or see the obvious historical linkages. I feel much better now that we have your blessing on the use of the word now.

Welcome to the party.

T. Ramadan, grandson of Muslim Brotherhood founder Al-Banna..confidant and ally of A. Hitler before Hitler wrote Mein Kampf, is IslamoNazi “Royalty”. Banned from entry to the US by Bush, H. Clinton recently reversed the decision and Ramadan has addressed Congress, pleading Islamofascisms case when US National Security Policy has just banned Islamist, Islamofascism, Jihad from use.

Of interest, the Arabic translation of Mein Kampf is Jihadi, and it is the most popular book in the ME today. Hitler had 2 or 3 out of six SS Divisions headed up by a Muslim General. One was the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, who, himself, as a Captain in the Turkish Army in 1915 participated in the Armenian Christian massacres. The Grand Mufti later participated in the design of the Auschwitz facilities and was a main instigator of the holocaust of Jews. The Germans had been gassing mentally unfit institutionalized persons, political opponents until 1942, when they began the Jewish exterminations in earnest with a big Muslim push. The Grand Mufti, lived to assist the Ayatollah Khomeinis’ return to Iran. Nazi military staff were employed in great numbers all over the ME after WWII, and served as advisors against Israel in the ‘49 war. They underpin the Nazi Baath parties of Syria and IRaq. Islamofascism is a historically documented reality.

Daniel Pipes is usually in the forefront of learning, but here he is catching up. I have a book on my book-shelves with the title Le Criossant et la Croix Gammée. Le secrets d’alliance entre l’Islam and le nazisme d’Hitler à nous jours (The half-moon and the swastika. The secrets of the alliance between Islam and Hitler’s nazis until the present days.) by Roger Faligot and Rémi Kauffer. The book was published in 1990.

Contains among other things a list of some 30 odd nazi advisors to the Unified Arab Republic (Egypt nad Syria).

And if one remembers (or care to learn about) the close collaboration between Germany and the Soviet Union (including their secret services) from the early 1920s until 1941 one will also understand that there is contradiction in the fact that the Arab terror groups received support both from old Nazis and the USSR.

This has been known for some time. The Arabs just loved Hitler.

The only thing I would add is that the Nazis were NOT rightists, they were leftists—National Socialist Worker’s Party. They were in competition with the Communists for the same niche—world domination. Hitler called himself a National Socialist because Stalin was already the International Socialist, but they had the same ambition—to rule the world.

That, of course, was precisely the ambition of Mohammed and centuries of Muslims—to conquer and rule the world.

So, the Muslims in the Middle East have been eagerly receptive to both Nazis AND Communists, who both played a role in setting them against the West.

I, too, hadn’t read your #8 before posting. We agree on this.

I would add that Nazism, Communism, and Mohammedanism have much in common: They are totalitarian, bullying systems; they are committed to world conquest; they have an elite that rules over oppressed masses; and they are carefully thought out systems of dominance and control.

Want to conquer and enslave the world? These are three of the best systems ever invented to accomplish that task.

One more thing in common: Winston Churchill fought against all three of these totalitarian systems.

Ever notice how their armies and terrorists goose step and salute?....Their trainers years ago were a part of the Nazi regime, but were allowed to slink back to the mid east and let Germany take the full heat for the Holocaust.

Look up the Hanchar division....

The Marxofascism being practiced out of the White Hut is a hybrid of all three. And, our current regime has taken the art of propaganda, a device used by all three, and blended it with today's technological developments, marketing techniques, and implementation of the Fifth Column, and voila, taken it to a new level.

Just so. When I have referred to Obama in the forum as a Kenyan Communist Muslim, some Freepers have occasionally remarked that he can’t be both. Actually, he can very easily be both. And fascist, as well.

Mohammedanism has a fake god named Allah, while Marxism denies the existence of God, but basically both are impressed upon on the masses as religions, and both serve similar political ends.

There’s more than a little resemblance between Mao’s Little Red Book, Mein Kampf, and the Koran.

We can't get bogged down putting things into little compartments- we have to think outside the box to fully grasp the situation. Getting caught up in which "ism" it is is counter-productive. However, imo, Marxism is an appropriate description, as it encompasses both communism and socialism.

They've learned their lessons well.
