I read in another article on this that she went back and had the downs baby aborted too:

They both are dead. I have no sympathy for her whatsoever. I only feel pity that she had no moral qualms about aborting her child with Downs syndrome. Suppose the girl had lived; wouldn’t she be horrified to learn her parents had had her own brother killed in the womb right next to her? Heck, if she developed a health problem or was injured in some way down the road, would they have wanted to get rid of her? They probably would deny such a thing, but what is the difference between killing a person for medical conditions before birth or after birth? The same person is being killed. The mere difference is age, size, and location.
I think the article raised a good point when it asked what the real scandal is. Is the scandal that the “wrong” baby was aborted, or is the scandal that a “doctor” is legally allowed to kill a helpless child in the earliest stages of his life for not being “perfect” in the eyes of society?

That's it right there. This is beyond a scandal it's vile. We are just one step closer to doing it to everyone. If by society you are deemed to be a useless eater, your done. I've heard as much from Obama. When he talked about giving a pill to grandma for pain, instead of a pacemaker. So when will it be ok to murder someone because of their religion? Or politics? Or for any reason at all? Hitler was killing people for their ethnicity, or for not having blue eyes and blonde hair.
