I don’t know. Jindal has been downplaying the story. Some are following his lead, others are more interested in appearing “acceptable” rather than digging down and getting the story right.

To be fair, the story initially appeared on Drudge on Monday night. I'm pretty sure that his was the first conservative-oriented site to publicize the story... but then it disappeared from his pages.

I'm not sure what the heck is going on with this story. But I do know that Pat Dollard is a close associate with Andrew Breitbart and if there the full story is uncovered, you can bet that Breitbart's sites will let in the sunshine.

Regarding the alleged photo, I sure hope somebody is doing some fact-checking on that to confirm the individuals pictured... looks like a typical drunk in NOLA scene...
