All three candidates have raised much less than three-term incumbent Sen. Barbara Boxer, who has raised more than $13 million for her campaign. And Boxer doesn’t have a tough primary battle to contend with

The good news is, even in California, voters still want 0bamcare repealed, at least according to Rasmussen anyways.

If the Tea Parties and the conservative Club for Growth get strongly behind DeVore with some money and TV ads, he could just pull it off.
Let's not forget that The Club for Growth run a $300,000 TV ad campaign gor Doug Hoffman in NY 23, and that was just one congressional district, not a statewide election like this one is.
