Lt Col Lakin may face serious charges, but if his lawyer is any good at all, he will say that Lt Col Lakin's oath REQUIRES him to support and defend The Constitution.

Following the orders of someone usurping the office of President is contrary to that oath. These orders are illegal, and there is precedent - My Lai - where it was clearly established that officers have the duty to disobey illegal orders.

If 0bama qualifies under the natural born provision of The Constitution, then he must present proof, or drop all charges.

Officers swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution but not to obey the orders of the president. The enlisted oath contains the Constitution provision plus obey the orders of the president and officers over them. Lt. Col Lakin consideres any orders from obama to be illegal, which I would also agree
